This company (BIZTRON) will force you to go to work 2 hours before the scheduled time without any pay. (In short wala bayad OverTime) And will also ask you to render OverTime which is not paid.

2. If there is a System Down, which is not the agent's fault. They will deduct it from your payout because you're unable to login.

3. You will receive "NO BENEFITS" such as SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAG IBIG. No deduction in TAX as well. They will always give you the reason that the company is just new eventhough they already 1 year in operations. And they will tell you " Please try to understand after 2 years may TAX na kayo".

4. They will hire employees/agents which has NO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE kase "MAUUTO" nila. There was a time tinanggal nila mga AGENTS na Magagaling at may callcenter experience from Larger and KIown Companies from Manila. Tinanggal nila kase those agents know the work around in Call Center at di kayang UTUIN ng with regards to the benefits and payout.

5. If you came from "BIZTRON" tatawagan nila ibang callcenter sa San Pablo City and will ask them not to hire you if you came from. Kita nyo kung gaano Kasama ang Ugali ng mga Hayop na yan? sinisiraan nila Former Employees nila, takot sila sa sariling multo.

6. Panget na nga mukha ng Owner na lalaki, panget pa ugali.

7. They will advertise that they will PAY you from Php 12,000 to 15,000 but the truth is Php150.00 a day lang sweldo mo below mMnimum Rate or pag probitionary is Php8,000 lang.

8. Pag nagreklamo ka, they will tell you that the Company is just starting pero over a year na sila nag ooperate. They will tell you "Help us Grow and in return, we will promote you" Which is puro kasinungalingan lang lahat at di totoo. Madaming Agents na tumulong sa kanila who performed really well pero in return tinanggal nila at di binayaran. Imagine sa Php150.00 a day pano ka bubuhay ng Family. Di nila iniintindi Employees nila puro sarili lang nila in short "SAKIM" sila.

9. Sinisiraan din nila ibang call center companies dito sa bayan natin They will tell you "Ang mga company na yan ILLEGAL and NOT REGISTERED, kami lang registered dito. Ganyan kasama ugali ng hayop na OWNER ng Company na yan.

10. The WORST PART is they will always require you to Pray before and after work in the office.

"So guys, think first before kayo mag apply dito sa BIZTRON Mahirap ng maging VICTIM kayo ng WALANGYANG COMPANY na to.

Re: Colleges in San Pablo City

can i know if st. benilde college of science and technology is a sister school of dela salle st. benilde?

Re: Street Dancing Competition San Pablo City Coco Festival 2013

I have never watched a street dance in actual before. Maybe the incentive to win was not enough for the cost of preparing? They should consider your suggestion to make it a competition between barangays to see if it could produce better results.

Re: Street Dancing Competition San Pablo City Coco Festival 2013

Oh my!
